TLC.

Woo wee. The bog was cool. We saw
pitcher plants. The pitchers
themselves were cool of course, but the flowers were very
"stylish." Kinda fleshy, kinda goth. No
sundews
were out though.
Apparently sundew season is later, so I have a date with
the bog later in the year. I only took slides though, no
photos, and who knows when I'll run into a slide scanner.
Tuesday nights are busy for me. First I get home by 7:30pm to
record
Rinpoche's teaching,
and then it's off to the Toledo
Lounge. A big old group of predominantly Asian American people
show up there for the happy hour ($2 beers, $3 rail drinks,
half off Toledo Eagle chicken sandwiches). Anyways there has
not been a clear name for this group... the Toledo Lounge crew?
Well Aley last night was saying that a lot of South Asian
groups call themselves collective. Somehow this clicked.
We are the TLC !!
